I used a potato peeler on potatoes and zuchinis, added butter, italian seasoning mix, salt & pepper.
BBQ Chicken on the foreman.
This actually took a lot longer than I would have liked with all the veggie cutting & peeling, but I hate doing that anyway. The family all liked it, although I could tell the Mr. wasn't a fan of the potatoes cooked the way I did, but admitted the flavor was good.
